Vacide

Co Founder & salon director

Having a natural talent in the industry, Vacide was always destined to become a hairdresser. Being ahead of her game she started her career aged 14. Soon after qualifying she trained with multiple brands like Toni & Guy, Vidal Sassoon and L’Oréal all whilst working on the salon floor. This resulted in her going from junior stylist to manager within 7 years. “Training with various brands taught me their vision of hair which enabled me over the years to create my own. Since the very start my work has and still comes from the heart.” Having true understanding of hair you can have the confidence that you are in safe and capable hands with Vacide.
Lily

Co Founder & salon director

Lily has previously worked in different salon environments, from Cambridge to Hertfordshire. Chained salons to independent. She has learnt what works to create the best salon atmosphere for a client to walk into. Lily has been on the shop floor for over seven years, but has been working in the hair industry from the age of 14. With different training along the way she’s been able to explore every aspect of hair. Her eye for art and design drove her to use it to enhance her client hair, she takes inspiration from the catwalks to the season changes in the weather. Her strengths are in colour changes and styling. However precision cutting is also where her ideas of different shapes can excentuate or hide any feature of the face. Hair is an art and she is always training to prefect her craft. “The reason I wanted to work in the hair industry was to enhance what every woman has and make it their best version, in turn helping them become the best version of themselves. Everyone deserves that.”
